Here we will answer the most common questions our previous clients have asked.

How do I know if I need an attorney?

Anytime you believe that your rights have been jeopardized, it is time to call an attorney.  All too often people attempt to handle their legal issues themselves, thinking they can hire an attorney later if necessary.  Unfortunately, the legal system usually does not provide a second chance.

How does your firm charge?

Charges for representation depend upon a client’s case.  For most ADA civil rights cases, there is no out of pocket expense to a client.  Please contact us to discuss your case and we will determine how your case will be handled.

Do all meetings between clients and attorneys take place within the firm’s office?

No. Most communication regarding a case can be handled electronically or by phone.

I have a disability.  Can you accommodate me?

Yes.  Most communication regarding a case can be handled electronically or by phone and we will make further arrangements to accommodate if an in-person meeting is necessary.
